I was appalled by the issues I faced during my stay. The microwave and refrigerator were unplugged, and getting them to work became a frustrating hassle. To make matters worse, the wall closet protruded so far that I kept bumping into it, making the room feel even smaller. It was impossible to relax with the thin walls that allowed me to hear every sound from the neighboring room. My experience was far from the stress-free getaway I hoped for, and the staff's response to my complaints felt dismissive.

The breakfast was very good, especially loved the option to make my own breakfast sandwich. Staff were engaging and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. However, there was confusion with our room reservation which caused a long wait for a suitable room for our family, and there was a nearby barking dog, which affected our comfort during the stay.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the spacious pool area and the complimentary breakfast that kept everyone happy. The location is fantastic, with easy access to skiing and beautiful scenic views nearby.

fairbridge inn & suites is located just off the interstate, making it super easy to find. the breakfast was a nice touch, especially the option to make my own breakfast sandwich. the staff was friendly and helped me switch my reservation without any hassle.

The carpets in the common areas felt filthy, and the pool looked like it needed a serious paint job!!! Don't even get me started on the room setups. trying to reach the outlets was a hassle!!!
